Baptisim
The role of parents and godparents in the religious education of children, by word and example, cannot be overstated. In order to give our children the best possible start on their faith journey, the parish has established guidelines and requirements to assist you in preparation for this beautiful and awesome responsibility.
To arrange for baptism of infants and children up to the age of seven, please come into the office to complete an application for the sacrament. We ask that the application be completed in the church office, so that we can assist you with any questions that may arise and review with you the requirements for persons selected to be godparents. Please bring the following information when you come to complete the application form:
1. Contact Information for patents, godparents, and /or godparent proxies
Phone numbers, email addresses and home addresses
2. Birth Information
A copy of your child's birth certificate must be provided at the time of application
After completing the application, both parents and godparents will need to attend a required Baptism class which is offered at the following times: which is offered at the following times:
In English: The first Saturday of each month at 10AM
In Spanish: Dates and times will be announced in the bulletin.

If godparents do not live locally, a letter, signed by their pastor, must be received from their parish of registration verifying that they have attended a Baptism class with the 6-month period prior to the Baptism.
All paperwork must be filed with the office and class attendance completed with the six-month period prior to the baptism date.
