Fire of the Spirit Prayer Group
Grow in personal holiness and prayer, interceding on behalf of parish life, fostering forgiveness and unity within the Body of Christ. Meetings are every Wednesday from 10:00-11:30 in St. Francis Meeting Hall, facilitated by Bea and John Nishimuta.
Weight on the Lord
Weight upon the Lord through scripture, prayer, and sharing shall encourage members to make their bodies a fit temple for the Lord. We meet on the Second and Fourth Tuesdays of each month at 10 am in the St. Francis Meeting Hall.
Lost Sheep
We all have family members or friends who have left the church. The Lost Sheep group supports its members in prayer for our loved ones to return. It is in our prayers and fortitude that we're asking God to direct their steps back to Him. The group is facilitated by Linda McKnight and meets online on the third Thursday of the Month at 7:00.
Saint Study Group
The Church in her wisdom has given us the great gift of our beloved Saints. They are an inspiring model of heroic virtue and human excellence achieved through Christ. In this group, we seek to explore the historical and spiritual lives of these Holy men and women. In so doing we hope to learn more about them and how their example can lead us towards Sainthood in our own lives. Meetings are on hiatus until a future date.
Music Appreciation
The Music Appreciation group focuses on discussing the beauty found in the music of the Church. They are just finished with a series on the Music of Lent and Easter. We will keep you posted about any future classes.
Yound Adult Group
The Young Adult group is meeting again! Using THE SEARCH series with Chris Stefanik, explore this journey in between the event we call “birth” and the one we call “death”? Is the journey taking you somewhere, or are you leading yourself to some kind of destination – a destination that could extend beyond your last breath? What do you want from your life during the in-between? The questions are there. And, the answers are too. Meetings are on selected Saturday mornings.
